I want to sign up for a new account, but the delete profile button seems to be missing. The whole 'actions' section seems to be missing, actually.
Is there something I could be doing wrong?

You can't delete your account.

The help section seems to suggest that you can.
I would like to get a new username as this one is old and sort of weird..

The feature is available with the forum software, but Badspot (the owner of Blockland) disabled it.

Yeah, I PM'ed him and got my name changed, but that was a year or two ago.

Anyways, you can PM him, and ask really nicely. It worked for me.
