No not everyone who watches those shows are furries, just the ones imaging having love with them and obsessing over them. However the shows themselves are furry shows.

MLP is a furry show, however the 6-year-old girl who watches it isnt a furry, however the 15-year-old boy jacking off to pony-on-pony research and setting ponies as his avatar is.
