For some odd reason i cant select my normal res its disappeared off the list and i dunno why, i dont have it on full screen.

Has to be on Full screen to get high Res.

I didnt have Full Screen, and i could get a bigger res than i have but its gone.

what do you mean? like when you put fullscreen nothing happens?for faster access to full screen press Alt + Enter (the one near the quotes)

i cant even run bl in full screen. if i try, it completly kills it, i have to dl it again!!!
