are you stuffting me? all minority and impoverished people get full or nearly full grants. there isnt even a discussion for that, its been fact for many years now.
not to mention black people can get jobs because businesses are required to have a black %, regardless of how stuffty they are.
they dont even have to try, and they STILL all fail
