Save w/ Ownership Broken?

Ok, gonna make this S&S For those of you who don't know, thats Short And Sweet. :

I saved a freebuild on my server with ownership. I load it back the next day with ownership and everything registers to my name and ID.

Additionally, not sure if this helps but it was in a mini-game when i saved.

Make sure you are saving AND loading with ownership turned on.

Is the part of the build on a baseplate that you own?
Cause that would mess it up, If I remember.

In some cases, that's happened. But the build that one player complained about was on his own baseplate.
