New Admin Control Manager stuff

Yea, you just go into Blockland\config\server\AdminControls and open up cmdlist.txt and type the comnd in then save it

I suggest something to add to this. So you select who can edit prefs. so if its only host not even super admins can edit it. if its admin all admins can edit the prefs. if its super admin only super admins and host can edit the prefs. This would be cool so sa's dont edit them

You can already do this with the current admin prefs thing.

You should also set it so it chooses between Super Admin and Host for admining and de-admining.

True, but I'm pretty sure BlockStar isn't adding onto the original mod. In that case he will need to add this to his mod.
