You see, you can have your server even without ports like i do!, i have ping --- , and people connects to my server you just need a correct Router.

UPnP doesn't allow you to see the server's ping.

Now you can't host because you haven't port forwarded either.

Try hosting 28000 TCP and UDP
if that doesn't work try 28000-28032 TCP and UDP.
I have a problem with hosting, I have set my ports but only certain people can join.

Yeah you need to port forward using Ephaites Tut not Badspots his is out dated
