A normal turtle, yeah sure.
Considering the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were 10x+ the size of a normal turtle, as well as having some pretty badass ninja skills, no.

Considering these sharks are 10x+ the size of a normal shark, they shouldn't have a single problem.

compare the tv show guys to humans in each show, no figures, cause i have a 1 inch small turtle, and some 1' tall ones so it isn't a right comparison.
