Actually unlocking general discussion would be fool proof...  Anyone who posts unrelated threads there without an account should just be banned, and people asking about blockland without a key still get to do that.

I have a key, but I only really chill in the Off-Topic forum. I hardly play the game, but I love the community.

This. And making off-topic key only is the worst idea I have ever heard. Off-Topic has nothing to do with blockland, so why do you need a blockland key to access it? People really need to think sometimes.
