bad sound quality?

I download TomTheGeek's Music Pack for my server, started playing the music, and it was kinda scratchy.
It was mostly the bass, is something wrong with my headphones/soundcard/Blockland?

Well I can't tell if its the soundcard/headsets/blockland if you dont give me info, can you give me the console.log? The headphones year of when you bought it, and the exact file of the music pack that you got so I can test if its the file.
