Author Topic: Default Faces? (Read 1274 times)

For a while now I've had an error where my avatar face just shows up as a blank square on the options, and a completely random face on my player. (I couldn't get a pic because it wasn't letting me take a screenshot with it up.) It didn't bother me too much much until it made other players crash from my server. I knew it was the faces because anytime they would crash this would be in the console:

I uninstalled Blockland and reinstalled and it fixed the problem for a day. Now it's back. Anyone experienced this and/or know what to do?

It's a problem with a face that does not have a thumbs folder with an icon picture in it I would think. I don't see how it would make other people or you crash though.

I've had the same problem. I might choose the creep face and end up with a pirate face.

Interesting development:

I renamed my 'Old_Faces' folder to just 'Faces' (Since I didn't have a regular faces folder.) and it's working again.

I'll see if the problem happens again later

i have had the same problem.... Hopefully there will be a fix to this in v20

Oh boy. Happened again and it's still crashing people.

Not sure there. Perhaps re-make new default faces for yourself. Just make sure you use the correct packaging.

"Is not in a defualt directory" is making me think the files are in the wrong folder or the add-ons are screwed.

You should delete the defaults and re-download them if you can find em and see if it works if not idk.

Delete the non default faces first and see if that works.
