Whenever I run a dedicated server it says that I don't have a ping. This is weird because on my normal server I have a ping in the hundreds. I don't understand, is there something wrong with which port it is connected to?

Did it fully connect to the master server yet, because this is odd when a dedi has --- ping and your reg. server has the hundreds, wow... your in a needle in a haystack situation, hrmmmm.

Yep maybe I have to wait a little longer, and I def need need another computer?

It is recommended to run it on another computer but mine runs ok while running one computer. :)

webcom_postserver(); will speed up it fully connecting to the server se if it works ;D

So I put that into the console and the console did some ping stuff and also downloaded music, sounds, projectiles, textures, items, debris, and explosions. But my server ping is still --- when I try to join it it says "sending punch packet" and doesn't stop
