how to enable sillygibs on tf2?

my freind is staying over, saying he doesn't like gore and such and i sorta remember how to turn on sillygibs so i can let him play but i forgot the thing i was supposed to put in the "launch options"
please help :(

open up the Steam Library.
Rightclick TF2.
Click properties.
Set launch options
And then type in -sillygibs
