Whenever I try to sleep I take a deep breath and close my eyes, It works but not now. I need sleeping mothods, please. ;-;

This is what I do

Get into bed
Listen to music on my Ipod or watch TV on Ipod
I take it out after I start feeling sleepy
I close my eyes then eventually I'd fall asleep

Fap.
Listen to some peaceful music while looking at a peaceful background.

what the forget is sleep

i don't even do that anymore

Hit yourself on the head with a club, sleepy times guaranteed
Drink some warm milk, that works for me.

Listen to Green Day. Mainly the slower ones.

Listen to a paramore song, got me to sleep.

Were you playing video games in the last hour? If so, your brain is too stimulated.

Watch TV, listen to peaceful music, etc.

Happens to me all the time.
