Ok, everyone understands that there are WAYYY to many n00bs running around lately. For example, people who don't know how to build with the NUMPAD, super shift, use jets, join minigames, and so on. Hi, my name is
EvDowg, and I'm here to help our new members with lots of tips and tricks they can use to help make their experience in Blockland, a good one.
So here's the deal: I'm going to number and title each piece of advice I've invented or seen and post them here along with pictures for you all to see. And for a good start to this topic, here's our first:
#1: How to put Sentries in Vehicles (Gunships)
I recently discovered that sentries can ride in vehicles. Introduced to me by a player named
AmbassadorPineapple when he was able to get a MG sentry in his Blackhawk. I kind of figured out on my own how to do that: Make a helicopter spawn. Then make a ladder to a platform directly above it. Set down a sentry on the platform and upgrade it if you wish. And lastly, have a buddy turn off the platform's collision for you as you jump in the heli and the sentry will plop down into your side-seat. And if you don't want a heli, they work with all 2+ seater vehicles. Now, here are some pics of me and my little sentry friends:
