Slimes make fapping noises.

Its a sound that tells you there is a cave 40 blocks or less away.

If you go around in the .minecraft folder located at %appdata% for Windows, there are ambient sounds that sound like someone moaning in a cave. It's just to freak you out and doesn't do anything.

Actualy it could just be a small pit, the sounds emit from 3x3 block spaces of mob spawning or below light levels.

Put torches around it, collect the loot and use tutorials to make it into a mod grinder so you can get free mod drops.
