I dunno, I have not encountered this problem before, maybe update your drivers or something but I am really not sure

You will either need to enable UPnP on your Modem/Router, or Port Forward your Modem/Router.
There are multiple guides, use google to find out how to.

no only the good one i got all of them trun off and i took off the strong ones off

Well only enable default add ons. Just to check if its your add ons thats causing the problems or if its something else.

If that doesn't work completly reinstall and try then before you put your add-ons back in the folder, My guess is that you have an add-on that possibly broke your copy of blockland, And its not allowing you host. Of course i've had this problem once but a complete reinstall fixed it.
