its because the system works that a guilty person could go free.

I agree because you cant put a person in jail without enough evidence. They never proved how she died, all they proved was that she died.

yesterday I was on the brony server and this kid came on and INSISTED that the US legal system was based upon guilty until proven innocent. After linking the punk to countless legal website and EVENTUALLY the constitution, he still refused. Permanently banned him.

I think it used to be used in louisiana, and it was also used in post-revolutionary france for a while.
