tl;dr: no one posted stuff about it being a scam on that website

did no one read i sent my disc already?

First off, this company is NOT a scam. I've used them before and have talked to the owners because they live near me. They're nice people and they've been around for over two years now. Sometimes they can be slow at returning discs but if it's a circle scratch it will be fixed. Skunkman: They don't steal games. If it didn't show up, tell them. It most likely got lost in the mail. They will buy you a new one! Everyone is happy with their service because everything is guaranteed.
