it dont have to be a new provider. you usually dont have that many options.

there is whatever company leases the city's phone lines will be the dsl option.
there is whatever company leases the city's cable lines will be the cable option.
and 1 or 2 satellite ones im sure.

but all options have like 20 internet packages.
you are prob paying for like 6 or 8mbit connection right now. just upgrade to 20 or something.

If you have to ask, it's probably not slow.
People with slow Internet tend to know, since their downloads take about fifteen times longer than everyone else.
