Description:
StarBot is an IRC bot I made with help from Clinr121. When you talk to him he'll start saying random stuff kinda like cleverbot. To talk to starbot go onto IRC and find StarBot.

He can but usually I just have people PM him.

As long as he doesn't spam the main chat, I think Ephi won't mind. However, RTB v4 is getting close to it's release.
