On Safari Acid3 is smooth until 69 (hue), freezes for a split second, and then goes to 100.
For some reason Chrome only goes to 99 for me.

I remember this was my browser back when we had W95

You'll need to port it over yourself, though, unless you want to use Firefox 2.
