Depends on the one you get. It varies from person to person too.

You download i-Doser, put some headphones on (ear buds are okay too, not as good as headphones. And this WON'T work on speakers.) and start a idose.

Nevermind, I thought you were saying this didn't work. Don't get me wrong, it's not the sound that does the effect itself, it's the brain.

The only one that I know off that is that expensive is Gates of Hades or Hand of God. Both will severely forget you up. So I dunno why anyone would want one of those anyway.

1. How long is the damn track?

Is this related to binaural beats? If it is, it isn't worth 200 loving dollars and it doesn't make you high at all.
