There is a solution for the mac users. I knew that the UNIX system also had a hosts file.http://decoding.wordpress.com/2009/04/06/how-to-edit-the-hosts-file-in-mac-os-x-leopard/just replace the notepad parts with this and you're all set.
I am not affected.How?
I'm having issues too.I can only access some servers, and only a few people can come to my server. Also, my server status doesn't work, and my server isn't on the blockland.us server list.
do i just add 75.125.196.138 forum.blockland.us75.125.196.138 blockland.us75.125.196.138 master2.blockland.us75.125.196.138 master.blockland.us75.125.196.138 auth.blockland.us?i've got a bit more IPs than the OP does but whatever. please help.

why is this so unnecessarily complicated? all you have to do is change your DNS.1. click on the internet icon in the bottom right corner of your screen2. right click on your connection and then click status2. click properties3. select IPv4 and click properties4. click on "Use the following DNS server addresses"5. put 8.8.8.8 in the top box and 8.8.4.4 in the bottom boxyou are done.there is probably something similar for mac users.
