That looks like badspots armor but wrinkled :|

what you see as wrinkle is an overlaying shell tasset that im working on =). And i did modify this frm bad spots armor but it wont look like that when im done with it ;)

To me it looks like you took the doll, constructed the player out of it, took the armor and either duplicated it or extruded it.
