Google safe search not safe

After going on Google and looking up TBM (tunnel boring machine), I was quite interested in the pictures for some reason, and continued to scroll down.

For a long time.

Soon I reached page 20-something and froze. There was a snake on my screen. Along with tits. It was not medical, some lesbian stuff.

I usually don't bother with safe search, due to the fact that I don't use google images that much, but it was set at moderate.
