Can you make the radar server sided? The GUI won't be, I know, but I would like the rest to be on the server, so then people can't cheat. Plus, you might be able to make the radar check for teams.

nexus has more or less dedicated himself to making server hosting a pain in the ass so guys don't count on any actual way to counteract these.
