Ok this is really weird, and its never happened before. (on my computer at least). Well ayway, take a look at this:

this happens whenever i try to join a server... what is the problem? please help

To me it looks like you're missing your base/data/shapes/blank.png
Check if it's even there, and if it isn't then I would backup add-ons and saves and reinstall.

Alright thanks. I was thinking of doing that, but I wasn't sure if it was safe for everything else, but if another "Blockhead" says so, I guess its safe. Thanks!
