Author Topic: Feeling slow...  (Read 2820 times)

Sometimes, I feel slow at nights.

When I'm slow, I act serious and a little bit emo. I walk very slowly and I'm mostly angry or raged when I'm slow. And when I'm slow I react easily to a lot of things.

Last time I was slow, I was talking like Cartman. Very wierd.

Does that happen to you guys?

I know I would probably just make a cup of coffee and sit down and relax like a lazy friend. That's the life.

You aren't feeling slow, you're depressed.

Actually I do feel slow. My head hurts a little when I am.

Plus, I would feel sick and nautious.

Stop with the alcahol?

Keep doing pushups until you can do 50 pushups in a row.

Keep running until you can run a couple miles non-stop.

Then do 50 pushups and a few miles a day. instant remedy for sluggishness, boredom and depression, and no stuffty meds or prescriptions or drugs needed.

Depression hurts both physically and mentally.

You're depressed.  Don't kill yourself.

Stop with the alcahol?

It's not alcohol. Nothing can help me anyways. I would eat some food or drink something, but it doesn't do anything.

I can go to sleep, but I will end up getting up at 2 pm. And I don't want to do that again. So yeah, nothing really helps.

I'm not joking when I say that complete physical exhaustion will probably reset and redeem you.

I'm sorry but have you actually TRIED going on a run? What was the point in making a topic if, you say again, NOTHING helps?
