I try to Host a Server where you build an Island and built a Mini City Where anyone can help out. Too bad no one visits

i actually did that once - on roblox. a wheelchair destruction derby. then a few months later some well known guy made one and got front page instantly.

And I didn't know about the other guy's but I'm sure it was some stupid free-model loaded piece of undeserving stuff like nearly everything is on Roblox.

i doubt it, it was some guy named jumper. he had two numbers after his name.

I regularly hosted my server, you have to be active even when they just joined.
Say hello and you will have a greater chance they stay.
When the loading takes too long, most impatient people go away.

Interact with your joiners!
If you just let them do their stuff while only handling your own stuff, they will most likely leave.
And yeah, what Demian said about server names, it is true.
