Team Fortress 2 Problems. (Help)

When I enter any server of team fortress 2, all the colors are rainbow-ey and splotchy.

It's a psychedelic nightmare!  What might be causing this, and do you have any suggestions?

It's just the map textures, not the player models.

Huh...I just set it to -dxlevel 80.  The textures were fixed. Next time I started it up...they were messed up again.

Update drivers, I had the exact same error when I first put my new graphics card in.

Problem with that is I don't know where to update them. Tried the site. Couldn't find the drivers...

I have Intel Core 2 Duo
               
OS: Windows XP

I really don't know what to do.

Graphics card, check DX Diag or something, then post your card type here.
