Counter Strike: Source Guess Pass Annoyance?

Recently, some person gifted me a guest pass for CS:S. However, I didn't want the gift, and couldn't decide, so I X'd the window out for about 4 days now. It shows up constantly and never goes away. I click "Ignore this Gift." and nothing happens at all. I click "Activate Pass" and it tells me it was expired. I click the "Close" button on the expiration window and yet, it still shows up. Anyone know how to stop it?
