it's kinda egh. you should have just blacked out "aper" and wrote in blok or something.

Meh... Looks good.  But I can't seem to think why you would use PAINT for customizing the LOGO. 

For me... I think using paint.net or paint shop or w/e would be best.

Man I was going to say I hope this isn't a Portal reference, since the name Bloketure has been beaten over and over and over again so many times, but I wasn't expecting such a whimsical yet half serious logo.
