He's been sending shock images to people, involving goatse to elderly transloveual love, so if you have him on steam, avoid any 4Chan links he posts and just block him.
He hasn't been hacked, but I don't know why he's doing this.

But he wasn't trying to insult you. Methinks you should learn to accept strange things, even if it takes realizing one's special interest to do so.
