Anyways, yes, you can. That PC reccomended on the first page is good, and you could always check around on www.craigslist.org to find some good deals on PCs, I got my computer for 290 bucks and it can run all modern games.

Can the graphics card or video card support Direct X 3D and Pixel shader 2.0?

This may be answered, but Pixel Shader in its 5th version, and Direct X waaaaaayyyy past DX3D
