Unless you burn those calories. During the school year I had soda almost every day with lunch, but I have a good enough metabolism that I've barley gained any weight.
I can understand why people want tone healthy, but there's no point of trying to be so healthy that you can't enjoy things you like every once I awhile.
Most people don't understand proportions when it comes to being healthy.
You can have your greasy burger from McDonalds.
Sure.
But you can't have another the next day.
You can eat your ice-cream, your chips, your cola.
So long as you maintain a mostly active lifestyle.
Most people seem to believe you need to throw everything that is possibly unhealthy away, never touch it again and that is all.
They forget that you can make up for eating such unhealthy things with exercise.
