Tom

Durning the school year I ate fast food (cheeseburgers / chicken nuggets / fries) for lunch about 4 days a week and I haven't gained that much weight. These choices are probably going to come back to bite me when I'm older lol.

>Implying sugar is bad for you and you don't need it to live
You don't need a can of sugary liquid to live.
Most food contains natural sugars that are all you need.

How else did people live before sugary confectionary's and fast food?
Especially papupers who couldn't afford sugar.

Fruits contain natural sugars, as do vegetables.
Meats contain sugars too.

But you don't need a lot of sugar a day.
Which is why you don't need very sugary sweeties and drinks and snacks.
Such things will often make up a large amount of you guideline daily amount for sugar.

You don't have to worry about just getting fat and putting on weight.
That's what most people only worry about.

But then you forget about blood pressure, blood sugar levels and cholesterol.

All diet soda is horrible.
I can taste the aspartame and it tastes like dirt.

Super taste buds bro.

Dooble I know you don't need a can of soda to live, but you do need a tiny bit if sugar in your food. Natural sugars in foods are how we got them.

OP was implying you should never have sugar.

Is coke! You leave a trail of lies behind that post!

Oh, and you messed a combo up. But hell your Joltarn your a coolbro.
no lies only slightly hidden truths
"Aspartame is 180 to 200 times sweeter than regular sugar, and is the artificial sweetener of choice when it comes to most diet sodas."
didn't find an article on pepsi in particular in the 20 seconds i used to search for it, but i did find something about diet pepsi containing aspartame as well so

My point is, he's not implying that he doesn't need sugar to live.
He's just saying he doesn't want a really sugary drink.

SUGAR = CALORIES

CALORIES = FAT

FAT = YOU
To me, it sounds like he is implying you should never have sugar.

OP was implying you should never have sugar.

Um no, I was implying that Diet Pepsi is healthier then other sodas. Look at all the other comments on the other NF's. Sugar was small and barely anything to it. Read and think instead of posting lying bullstuff.

Diet Pepsi is some of the grossest stuff I've ever tried

Diet Pepsi is worse for you, derp. As said before, the sweetener used is too sweet and makes you get.

To me, it sounds like he is implying you should never have sugar.

Also, it was a joke on the fat = you thing. Just commenting on someone elses. Once again read and think.

Sorry Kevdude, I guess we all have opinions c:

Get cancer? Its bullcrap, I do not believe Aspartame is cancerous. It is a sweetner used in many tea's also.

Sorry, technically you're right on that.
I missed that post, and was thinking just about the one you originall quoted.

But yes, we need sugar.
Only a small amount in relation to the other things we need, such as protein and carbohydrates, but we still need it.

But I do think Aplem originally was just meaning the fact of him not wanting drinks that are extremely sugary.

Indeed we do

Thank you dooble! Arguement over, lets talk about other meaningless bullstuff.
