Author Topic: I am being deprived of sleep. :C  (Read 920 times)

I've been staying up until 4 every night and waking up at 10 every day acting groggy and unhappy. I don't think that's really healthy. I want to get back to getting to bed at least at 11. Any tips on this? It's almost 1:30 here and I'm not even tired.

Here's an idea.
Peel back the blankets and get into bed when the small hand reaches 11.

Same for me, I don't really get tired at night

I go to bed at 2:00 and wake up at  7:00, and I feel great.

I do remember one time two years ago when I went to Montana for a week, and when I got back, I went to bed at 3 in the morning and woke up at 3 in the afternoon. Timezones kill me.

Or was it 5 in the morning?


I always stay up until 12am+ and wake up at like 8, fall asleep, wake up at 10, fall asleep, then wake up at 12 or so and get up. If I could just get myself to get out of bed or turn on the tv or anything the first time i wake up i'd have a lot more time to do stuff.

I usually go to sleep between 1AM and 4AM, then wake up from 11 AM to 1PM on normal days.

I read "deprived" as "derped".

Drink a warm glass of milk, or run a hot bath. Light some candles, when you feel sleepy blow them out. Lay flat on your back and think of the ocean. Close your eyes, take a deep breathe in. Hold in for 10 seconds then let it out. Keep all distractions away, like a tv or computer. A glass of water is fine to keep. Listen to waves on an ipod. If you dont have one then use your computer speakers for rain, or whatever calming sounds you want.

seriously. i'll tell myself to go to bed like 2 or 3:30, but i'll just get around it by actually finishing something.

i've been getting more stuff done but not feeling well during the day D:.
