Do this.
I suspect you have multiple networks on the go (or vpns such as hamachi which create their own network adapter) and are attempting to enter the wrong default gateway.

I'd suggest not port fowarding, and just enabling UPnP on your router when you can access it.

You may also find power cycling your network helps; my router occasionally throws a wobbly and lets the web interface become inaccessible.

How do you enable UPnP on your router, and what is it?

About the http://x.x.x.x, it always changes to that when I enter in x.x.x.x!
Ok, that should happen, but what about the other three things I asked you?

How do you enable UPnP on your router, and what is it?
UPnP allows you to host without port forwarding. You'll need to look around your router control panel to turn it on. (If your router supports it)

Do Apple Airports support it?

Now, how do you take a screen shot?

Do Apple Airports support it?
Once you can access your router, login to the control panel and find out yourself.

Now, how do you take a screen shot?
Press the print screen key, open MS paint or any other image editor, paste, save, and upload to a site like tinypic.com.
After your upload, copy from 'IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards' and paste it in here.

And also try the other two things (A different browser, and a different computer)

A different computer I would understand, but a different browser? How are you not able to do that?

Your default gateway is 10.0.1.1
You entered 10.0.1.8
???

It also looks like it redirected your to google for some strange reason. Try using a browser less stuffty than IE.

Oh, sorry! I entered in my IP ADDRESS! X(

I don't have other browers! Should I get Firefox?

Put it in the address bar (where it says "http://www.etc") not a google search.

Try it on Firefox or Chrome

No, no, no. It ALWAYS redirects to Google, no matter what! I'm gonna get Firefox!

Well, great! Firefox is unable to connect!
