Backup save system?

Is there a backup save system?
I need one, I lost almost half of the biggest build I have ever made...
I do not want it to happen again, I spent about 3 months on this project, and the hardest part I worked on, is gone.
I am pissed to say the least...

Save Saver (by Ephialtes)
Every set amount of time the Save Saver saves your build into its own Backup folder accessible though the Load Bricks menu.
Time between backup saves is controllable through RTB prefs.
