My parents are divorced. They both hate each other blah blah blah. Anyways, I took the day off on take your kid to work day this year because my brother and sister were. My siblings just went with my step mom shopping or something and I stayed home. My dad owns his own construction business, but there was no work today. So, we worked for like 10 hours putting up a fence in our backyard. This is something he would be doing anyways, just in our backyard. My mom completely flips out saying how she's worried I'm going to drop out of school because I skipped the day and didn't go to my dad's work, even though I still worked.
This is pretty bad itself, but there's two things that make it much worse.
1. I take every day off of school on my birthday and she doesn't care.
2. I'm taking college classes next year and I'm only a junior in high school. Yep definitely gonna drop out when I'm like as far advanced as I can be.
