I've wondered about the musical tastes of Blocklanders.
I think that a bunch of you will probably like metal, rock, pop less so, but there are gonna be a few wierdos out there, and I am one.
I'll post the links to a few of my favorite songs, and below the links, I will specify names.
If you choose to post your favorite songs in the topic, please specify what they are below the links as well, as I will want to know what to put the volume at.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjHkj-uSt_Y&feature=BFa&list=PL521FDFD13B174393&index=12This is a song by Sting. Very good, in my opinion, with a fitting and excellent video. It's called Desert Rose.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6AvkyHCU7XUThis song is by a band from Newfoundland called Great Big Sea, which most people on the forums will probably think is stupid, but I love it. This song is called Ordinary Day.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TV2Y6juYhTA&feature=relatedMore Great Big Sea. This is Wave Over Wave.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CEn85B8vgnMThis is also Great Big Sea. Nothing But A Song. This song really resonates with me, even more than the others. It's kind of funny, really, because I don't have a brother. My sister, though, is really the equivalent, and I don't know what kind of person I would be without her guidance.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELM-re3pFEITechno trance Pirates of the Carribean. No more need be said.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXdKlpBOvs0Piggies!
Those who have not heard this song do not have a complete education.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YciTA18gq_EFaster Than A Speeding Bullet, from TF2. I would get that game, but my computer sucks too much.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-OiVInVpTUThis is the first techno song that I ever liked. I love it.
I listen to it when no-one can hear it.
