it's so glitchy and I cant click anything except reset, end, and cancel.

And also, I downloaded TDM Game mode, could that be it?

I'm on the verge of reporting you for these posts. You have been going into random topics and simply saying "Reinstall *thing having problem with*" over and over without any context. You know nothing of the problem, and in cases such as the 3D sound, it should be obvious he had reinstalled at that point. You should also know that reinstalling is not a functional solution.
