My parents have already agreed to let me make one with my Moms name, birthdate and such. But, is it possible to use with out a CC, or a bank account? I could use my bank account, but would I still be able to buy games on steam and stuff, or could I just get a VISA prepaid or something.

link a checking account to it. i cant remember if you are required. i have both that and like 4 diff bank cards all linked lol

You can do everything if you link a checking account.

why use paypal? some internet services don't work with paypal automatically, as in it takes days to weeks. you're better off with a debit card.

Because some internet services require you to use paypal inorder to purchase something.

that's kind of dangerous
there are some parts of your mind you can live without, but I'm not sure that's a good idea
