Banning seems a bit harsh to me, but he has provoked so much stuff that I think needs to stop.

Wow I just put it up to 50/50 vote count :o

I have not seen anyone here on the forum as provoking, hypocritical and moronic as Lord Tony.

I think he should be banned.

I believe its all relative. Everyone seems to know or be targeted by a certain person it seems, I know several people I find worse, and there are probably people even more irritating I never talk to.

and you guys ganging up, provoking him and waiting for him to post something that you can report on isn't hypocritical?

Lord Tony is silly and you all get butthurt easily.

anyone who's been permabanned before shouldnt get a second chance

That's the entire point of permanently banning someone....

Something many people here don't understand.

Nobody but skelo is doing that.

Badspot implemented something that gave them a second chance whether he knew he was doing it or not
It's their fault if they get banned again
and if they are still acting like a little stuff let them get banned again like what happened to Iban

They shouldn't get a "second chance" after a permanent ban. That invalidates the entire point of permanently banning them.

If Badspot didn't want someone to get a second chance, then why didn't he IP ban them?

just asking

Perhaps

I made an alt before the system changed, Badspot approved my account then Ephi blew the whistle on my about a month later and exposed my alt. Miraculously, I was allowed to keep my account; I did run into 2 temporary bans on occasions, both inside messy drama topics (aren't they always). But I was allowed to stick around.

I was perma'd in 2008, perhaps the time gap was enough for him to not care? That or he was implementing the system and couldn't be bothered denying the account when I'd make one later anyway under the self-activation scheme.
