Author Topic: Need some help getting to sleep.  (Read 711 times)

So I did a quick google search for fast ways to go to sleep, but none of them really helped me because most of them said stuff like "Dont be on the computer before you go to sleep!" which is stupid.

Anyway, hoping some of you guys can help, because I know you're all educated in the subject.

Try sleeping but think about not sleeping. Reverse physiology ftw

you lie down in your bed
then you close your eyes
and last but not least
fall asleep

When going to bed never ever ever think about doing something tommorow or some stuff like that.
Your mind will keep thinking about it and not allowing you to sleep.

You don't go into some magical world such as tripping on shrooms or something lol

What about 5 sleeping pills and 3 blows in the head to knock you out you wont wake up until 3:00 or be dead from overdosage and skull fractures. lol :3
