Okay, I am NOT stupid, I know how to make a dedicated server, but When I do, it takes forever to Post to the master server. Is that a problem, I have 28000 port
Please help.

Even if you didn't do it, you simply cannot host a server without even hearing the term "port forwarding."

http://portforward.com/ . Pick your router/modem and follow the instructions.

What he means by "it takes forever to Post to the master server" is that it says "Posting to master server" once his server is started up. He doesn't realize that dedicated servers only show up as a console and that it's probably already posted and running.
