I get most of my music from my brother, who buys the discs. He has something like 500 CD's.

Anyway, i have upwards of 2800 songs or something...approaching 3000.

Depends on the type of songs. I listen to alot of metal, where the songs tend to be longer (5-8 minutes instead of 3,5). I also have a formidable collection of classical music, where pieces can easily be up to 20 minutes :P
