Describe the functions of that picture with the hut and the board that says something about a party.

It was going to be part of some dungeon exploring thing.
The party has a max of 3 as to be expected.
Basically upon starting the party the group leader has a choice to change the dungeon's elements.
Some will require levels to access because of the challenges inside. Without it restricts a party member and forces others to join a different dungeon element.
