sure, they're silly, but thats still the answer. you better get used to imaginaries before you get to precalc because you'll have to use them.

not taught in my curriculum. learned nothing about imaginary numbers in my entire precalc course.  :panda:

if we encountered a question like "square root of negative 9?" the correct answer would be undefined/impossible (since that's what we're taught I guess)
